Beautiful Releasing

This was my first attempt at hand-engraving. At first, this process was really frustrating, but towards the end I grew a liking for it.

This piece symbolizes finding the beauty in death. In 2024, I experienced one of my greatest heartbreaks with the passing of my brother, and amidst one of the worst pains I’ve experienced, I was still able to find beauty all around me. I still believe he’s out there helping me and others he loves along the journey we call life.
